What details do I need to provide for quotation?

What is the type of documentation required for customs clearance?

What is the schedule of Vessel departure?

• There are usually 3 sailings per month, we will provide when quotation made

Is my vehicle covered by Marine Insurance?

• All vehicles will be insured against total loss only

Will I be able to claim for loss of any personal items in the vehicle?

• Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle/s

How long does it take for my vehicle to arrive in West/ East Malaysia?

• 8-13 days start from sailing date. (Public Holiday might cause of delays)

When should I make payment?

• Payment must be made for booking vessel
