What details do I need to provide for quotation?

What is the type of documentation required for customs clearance?

- Bank Release Letter (for vehicles still under finance)

What is the schedule of Vessel departure?

- There are usually 3 sailings per month, we will provide when quotation made

Is my vehicle covered by Marine Insurance?

- All vehicles will be insured against total loss only
|

Will I be able to claim for loss of any personal items in the vehicle?

- Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle/s

How long does it take for my vehicle to arrive in West/ East Malaysia?

- 8-13 days start from sailing date. (Public Holiday might cause of delays)
